Splinter Sessions Live Music & Events

Musicians and songwriters of all ages face many hurdles in getting their music heard.

Kent has always had a bustling music scene, from the rise of The Canterbury Sound in the form of jazz-proggers Soft Machine and Caravan in the 1960s to today's TV talent show stars Ben Mills and Rik Waller and plenty in between.
Exposure for contemporary musicians in Kent has a new lease of life, The Splinter Sessions offers a chance for developing acts to get out gigging in environments suited to their styles and genres.

Bands and solo artists alike have the opportunity to play in front of attentive audiences in Kent, spreading the word of their talents and kick-starting their paths to musical success.
