Product Description:If you are a bit of a 'foodie' then why not visit Ashford where there is a four day food and drink fair taking place in the County Square Shopping Centre from Thurdsday 3rd May to Sunday 6th May. There are a number of stalls representing many different countries, well worth a walk around and perhaps a little 'taste'. Fancy an evening of Ghost Hunting? The Spitfire, Kings Hill is hosting a Ghost Hunt on Saturday 5th May including seances and many other things all led by professional mediums and paranormal investigators. Tickets for this are £25 and can be booked by calling 07092 981121. Penshurst Place hosts the Weald of Kent Craft show between Saturday 5th May and Monday 7th May with food, drink and many crafts including some craft workshops. Also taking place in Broadstairs this Bank Holiday weekend is the Broadstairs May Fair taking place at Victoria Gardens & Promenade. This is a great day out for all the family with plenty for the kids to do and it's FREE entry! Herne Hill's annual Village Fete takes place on Saturday 5th May with many stalls and attractions. Or maybe the Herne Bay Classic Car and Motor Show appeals to you, it's on Saturday 5th May with over 300 exhibitors and a craft market. It's on between 10am-3pm. Meopham's monthly Farmer's Market is on Sunday 6th May and takes place in the overflow car park at Meopham Fitness and Tennis Centre of Wrotham Road. Free entry. Eltham's Farmer's Market also takes place this Bank Holiday Weekend, and will be opened by Pam Ferris! There is so much going on in Kent this May Bank Holiday and if the weather remains at least dry it should be a good one! |
